Departures and Arrivals

Shoestring Players’ production of Carol Shield’s Departures and Arrivals took flight at the end of February, surpassing $7,000 in ticket sales!After months of hard work from cast and crew alike, and under the direction of Sara Arenson, and assistant direction of Kathleen Einarsson, 17 actors tackled various roles across a series of vignettes set in an airport terminal. Anchored in the story of two recurring characters - the Pilot, played by Donald Baxter, and the Flight Attendant, played by Jennifer Clow - the play offered plenty of laughs alongside some very poignant moments.
